Ho accettato molto volentieri l’incarico di responsabile tecnico settore agonistico affidatomi dal presidente … dopo aver condiviso la filosofia e mentalità.

Da queste riflessioni è scaturita la necessità di stabilire dove la società vuole andare e soprattutto che tipo di strategia intende mettere in moto per rendere concreto il suo piano.

Nel calcio da anni si sta facendo sempre più impellente, la necessità di avere dei chiari indirizzi programmatici sui quali costruire le società di settore giovanile.

L’ obiettivo sarà’ quello di dare continuità al lavoro che persone di ottimo livello    stanno svolgendo nelle categorie dei più piccoli, dove ho visto entusiasmo ed ottima organizzazione.

Da anni mi occupo di GIOVANI e prime squadre e dalle mie esperienze ho redatto un

“MODELLO SETTORE GIOVANILE “che il presidente ha accettato e sul quale si baserà il lavoro di tutto il mio staff e che ha come principio dominante:

“Preparare giovani calciatori per le proprie squadre più rappresentative, per la prima squadra e calciatori da avviare a società dilettantistiche, semi- professionistiche e professionistiche”.

Il significato della programmazione deve essere quindi visto in funzione del raggiungimento d’obiettivi che sono preventivamente stabiliti.

L’andare avanti senza una meta e dei mezzi idonei per realizzarla, è sicuramente la prima cosa da evitare in una società calcistica sia dilettantistica, che professionistica.

E’ fuori discussione che diverrebbe troppo complicato, ed anche inopportuno, stabilire dei modelli di programmazione troppo rigidi per le società sportive che – non dimentichiamoci – vivono in buona parte sul volontariato e non su strutture imprenditoriali ben definite

Programmare vuol dire progettare una strada da percorrere: le tappe intermedie, i mezzi da utilizzare, gli strumenti per verificare la qualità e la quantità del percorso effettuato.

E’ovvio che, come conseguenza d’un buon lavoro con i giovani, necessariamente, arriveranno anche i risultati di prestigio per la Società, ma questi non dovranno mai essere anteposti al ruolo formativo che deve avere il settore giovanile.

Dopo 3 mesi di lavoro sono molto soddisfatto dei miei collaboratori – mister che hanno capito e condiviso la metodologia sulla quale sto lavorando.

Una società sportiva deve essere definita come un gruppo di persone motivate, con la stessa filosofia, che lavorano insieme per il raggiungimento d’obiettivi.   E grazie al presidente e i suoi consiglieri l ARDOR è proiettata a diventarlo.

La condivisione degli obiettivi è la regola principale per centrare gli stessi.

Le ostilità nel gruppo, creano tensioni a volte insanabili, bisogna dividere compiti ed incarichi evitando sovrapposizioni di ruoli che determinerebbero delle incomprensioni che a medio-lungo termine danneggerebbero la Società.

La meta e gli obiettivi devono essere compatibili con i mezzi disponibili dalla società e quindi collegarsi alla realtà esterna nella quale è inserito il sodalizio sportivo.
